Well, we have a few techniques that help us spend as little time as possible on tedious parts of animation, such as colouring. Using a limited colour scheme means we spend a lot less time doing things like shading or making backgrounds. I guess it also has the added bonus of looking nice :)

ah man i remembered last years canada skills, lol lots of arguing between me and my partner, but in the end we learned the true value of friendship " arm swings".
